Are sessions live or recorded?
The training is delivered through a fully recorded, self-paced portal. Every lesson includes detailed videos, step-by-step SOPs, assignments, and real-world demonstrations. You’ll also receive access to optional live community events, hiring fairs, and Q&A sessions.
What support is included?
You’ll receive access to the Employer Hub available in our Skool group (see image below), which includes tools for onboarding, task management, performance tracking, communication scripts, milestone checklists, and grading guidelines for your VA’s assignments. Your VA receives the full training portal, step-by-step lessons, and assignments with built-in accountability. If you choose our Scouting or Train + Find package, your hiring process receives additional guidance and support.
